One of Cogent's core-routers in SmartDC is malfunctioning. The issue is being investigated by Cogent's on-site team.

The changes from yesterday have been implemented correctly on our side, but a change in configuration seems to have occurred on the other side. We are in contact with the upstream provider to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
